 Rusty’s offers the most complete line of control arms in the industry, both fixed and adjustable, factory rubber bushings or our rock proof flex joints. We also offer control arms in different lengths, nothing is standard.
All arms are constructed of heavy wall DOM tubing, laser cut to length. All rubber bushings are factory OEM bushings, the factory bushing keep vibrations to a minimum and still offer superior flex. Rusty’s adjustable arms are built of the same heavy wall DOM tubing and are offered in two style of forged ends, our super strong flex joint and our forged housing with factory rubber bushings. All arms arm finished in a glossy black powder coating.
 Need something special? Most suspension companies sell what they have, not at Rusty’s. If you can dream a control arm we can build it. Custom lengths, poly ends, rubber ends, flex joints or rod ends, we have the engineering staff and equipment to build what you want.
The lower adjustable control arms are fabricated of 2 inch DOM tubing and have a formed mandrel bend to offer more flex and articulation. 1.25 threads are used to give strength and adjustably. Factory OEM bushings are installed and are powder coated in a glossy black finish. Our adjustable arms give about 2 inches of adjustment.
 Rusty's standard fixed upper arms are fabricated of thick 1.25 inch DOM tubing, and 3/16 CNC formed brackets. Factory OEM bushings are installed and the arms are finished in a glossy black powder coating.
Upon checkout you will be asked for the amount of lift on your vehicle. We use that info to build arms the appropriate length for you. |
