Rusty's Coil Springs
Made in America, they are designed with a soft spring rate in mind. This gives you a vehicle that rides and handles the road great plus one that will flex over the largest rocks and boulders. Only the highest quality in spring steel is used, manufactured by precision mandrels and computer controlled. Each spring is load tested and is powder coated. Rusty's Leaf Springs
Rusty’s springs are designed with a soft rate. Rusty's has made several changes in our leaf spring design, continually improving as technology lets us. No extreme springs here or up-graded springs, all of Rusty's springs come with all the bells and whistles. Tapered Leafs reduce interleaf friction, Anti Friction Pads reduce friction at the leaf tips, Bolt-On Clips maximize wheel travel while controlling leaf twist, Shot Peening reduces spring stress and Load Testing ensures each spring meets the required specs. Only the best in rubber or poly bushings are used.
Rusty's Shocks and Stabilizers
Our line of shocks and stabilizers are designed with specific valving and length for your vehicle. A twin tube cellular design and ten stage valving will deliver a smooth ride both on the highway or charging off road. The large 2.36 body tube cools quickly with the increased oil capacity. A large 13/8 inch bore piston is designed to withstand the abuse of driving where you are meant to be. A heavy duty chrome 5/8 rod to reduce friction and extend seal life.
Rusty's Brake Lines
Rusty's steel braided brake lines are pressure tested to 4500 psi. Teflon inner core and a Type 304 stainless steel wire braid external reinforcement for improved braking. Various lengths are available.
Rusty's Fabricated Brackets and Tubular Products
In house manufacturing and R & D has keep us on the cutting edge of producing quality products. Our steel brackets are precision cut on a computerized laser machine, the bending and hole punching is also computerized. All steel and aluminum machined produces are machined on CNC lathes and mills. Our tube products, such as our control arms are built of DOM tubing, Drawn Over Mandrel tubing has the desired high tensile and yield strength with excellent forming characteristics.

Rusty's has addressed the steering voids that the others have left alone. Rusty's offers the most extensive line of steering products in the Jeep aftermarket industry. This includes drop pitman arms, heavy duty drag links, adjustable trac bars, heavy duty tie rods, our complete steering conversion and our over the knuckle steering conversion.
