Responsibilities Include:
- Managing order management system to track inventory & process shipping tickets
- Install and integrate a Bar Code System to facilitate with the packing and shipping process
- Organize, store and track inventory, manufacturing and distribution
- Establishes inventory levels and setting reorder points.
- Computer network and systems updates and management
- Educating other employees on the use of these systems
Preferred Skills:
- 2 – 5 years of administrative or operations experience
- Familiarity with accepted inventory practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Order management systems experience
- Familiarity with automotive parts a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Reading pick tickets and invoices and packaging orders
- Verify all parts being shipped are correct and packaged for safe arrival
- Ability to guide other associates to pull and package invoices
- Keeping warehouse organized and inventory
Preferred Skills:
- 1 year warehouse management experience
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse
- Ability to recognize shipping and invoice mistakes
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive knowledge a plus but not a must
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness to cross train for other positions
Preferred Skills:
- 4 wheel drive and Jeep knowledge a must
- Must have good phone and computer skills
- Knowledge of UPS Worldship and StoneEdge Order Manager software a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Self leader willing to make things happen on their own
Preferred Skills:
- 3 years experience
- Experience with Amada and Cincinnati equipment
