Rusty's Offroad Phone System
To insure the best service possible, Rusty’s has installed a new automated phone system. To serve you faster, once the system has answered press:

• 3 for Tracking
This system was installed to make it quicker and easier to serve our customers. We do have several order desk / customer service lines and numerous salespeople on our 256-442-0607 phone line. Please remember that we manufacture specialized products which frequently require lengthy communications with our customers, so if our lines are busy, we're busy! Please keep trying.

This includes questions about what lift to buy, which parts you need, what parts fit your vehicle or how to install something. Due to the specialization of our parts it is easiest to answer these questions over the phone as we'll be able to quickly determine what vehicle you have and your goals.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS : CALL 1-256-442-0607
We strive to ship within 2 days but due to the specialty of our products it sometimes takes a little longer. Please allow 10 to 14 days for shipping. Rusty's is a small specialized company, we build, fabricate and box most all of our products. We are not a Manu-packer. We recommend that you have all of the products received before tearing down your vehicle. Custom orders may take longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days from Rusty's Off-Road Products (noreply@rustysoffroad.com). Within the body of the email, you will notice a link to the website where order information can be input, which in return will retrieve your tracking information. UPS tracking numbers are not immediately available so please refrain from calling or e-mailing right after you order. Once the order is processed by UPS, the tracking information will appear. If you did not receive an email, you can click on the support tab at the top on the page and go the UPS Tracking Link.
Want to know how much something will cost to ship? Go through the order process online and just don't enter your credit card info and complete the order. You can see your options and prices without placing the order.
We do ship internationally, just not via the website. You'll need to call (256-442-0607) or fax (256-442-0017) your order form.
