Please read before you buy!



SERVICE & SHIPPING, PLEASE READ!
We strive to ship within 2 days but due to the specialty of our products it sometimes takes a little longer. Please allow 10 to 14 days for shipping. Rusty's is a small specialized company, we build ,fabricate and box most all of our products. We are not a manu-packer. We recommend that you have all of the products received before tearing down your vehicle. Custom orders may take longer. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

TRACKING NUMBERS
You will receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days from Rusty's Off-Road Products (noreply@rustysoffroad.com).. Within the body of the email, you will notice a link to the website where order information can be input, which in return will retrieve your tracking information. UPS tracking numbers are not immediately available so please refrain from calling or e-mailing right after you order. Once the order is processed by UPS, the tracking information will appear. If you did not receive an email, you can click on the support tab at the top on the page and go the UPS Tracking Link.

GROUND SHIPPING
UPS is normally the fastest and least expensive method of shipping. UPS offers regular ground service, next day and second day service in the continental U.S. and parts of Alaska, Canada and Hawaii. Make sure we have your correct street address and zip code to eliminate delays or undelivered merchandise.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
One day, Two day and express shipping are available in addition to our regular ground shipping. This form of shipping is more expensive. UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL are offered.

APO / MILITARY SHIPPING
We are unable to handle APO orders online. UPS doesn't ship to APOs and USPS shipping rates too high due to the weight of our products. We are able to ship to an address in the U.S. and then have a family member ship that APO. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you're willing to pay the shipping costs for an APO order, please call the order in at 256-442-0607.

FOREIGN SHIPPING
Average shipping time is 5 to 7 working days, air service only. You must also allow additional time for customs when applicable. Customer is liable for all taxes and duties.

TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPING
All merchandise too large for UPS shipments will be sent via truck freight. Truck shipments must be sent to a business address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please check your order upon receipt. Rusty's is not responsible for missing items if we are notified within 10 working days of receipt. Merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier for claim. We will be happy to assist you by furnishing any information necessary for claims that may arise.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns will be for store credit only. Refunds do NOT include shipping. Permission must be obtained from Rusty's Off Road prior to returning merchandise for exchange or store credit. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase. No returns are offered on special orders or installed merchandise. Returns must be in new condition and factory packaging. No returns on any electrical items.

CANCELLATIONS
If you intend to cancel your order for any reason, please do so within 30 minutes of placing the order. During night hours, when you cannot call to cancel your order, please call first thing the next morning (9:00 am CST).

You cannot cancel an order via email. You must talk with a live sales representitive over the phone to cancel your order. A cancellation fee of up to 10% may be charged as there are credit card charges and man power to prepare orders.

Rusty's Off Road Products reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime.


LIMITED WARRANTY
Rusty's Off Road products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Rusty's limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product. Cost such as labor fees, loss of use, loss of time and freight charges are not covered. If you think you have a defective product, contact us for a return authorization.

We do have several order desk / customer service lines on our 256-442-0607 number. Please remember that we manufacture specialized products which frequently require lengthy communications with our customers, so if our lines are busy, we're busy! Please keep trying.

CREDIT CARDS
When using a debit card, please note that some financial institutions will withhold funds for the authorized purchase amount IN ADDITION TO charging the account when processing is complete. This may result in duplicate deductions from the account until the original authorized amount is released. To avoid possible account errors, please ensure that sufficient funds are available.
