The Rusty's 4.5 suspension kit comes with everything to easily run 32 inch tires with the proper wheel backspacing; it also gives you the clearance to maneuver through all types of terrain with no tire clearance problems. An addition of Rusty's cut out flares will easily let you clear a set of 33 inch tires. Rusty's has put together a package using soft spring rates and specific valve shocks that will give you superior on road handling as well as world wide off road capabilities.
Rusty's kit offers our 150 lbs coil springs, our 6 leaf spring pack complete with OEM style rubber bushings, grade 8 U-bolts and rear spring degree shims. The kit comes standard with a set of Rusty's beefy lower control arms, upgrades are optional, this corrects the wheelbase after being lifted and corrects the castor. A transfer case drop comes to reduce any driveline angles. To center the body a Rusty's adjustable trac bar is used no wimpy brackets that break and cause problems. A pair of sway bar drop brackets lower the front sway bar, JKS Quicker Disconnects are optional. A set of specific valved Rusty's Hydro shocks provide a great ride and keep the tires on the ground.
Rusty's offers this kits with two type of rear spring options, it comes standard with a set of 6 leaf 4.5 rear springs. We do offer it with our Rusty's 3.5 5 leaf rear springs and our 1.5 greasable shackles.
