RUSTY'S PROPRIETARY RUBBER FLEX BUSHINGS

This bushing absorbs vibrations and reduce friction while offering great articulation. These offer the simplicity of the OEM rubber bushings but are designed to perform much better for a smoother ride and greater off road replacement bushings are available when needed and are an easy press out, press installation. RUSTY'S PROPRIETARY FLEX BUSHINGS

Our Forged Flex Ends offer greater suspension flex, adjustable reload settings, and are grease able for long life. The Forged Ends are secured with the supplied jam nuts and are tested to withstand over 100,000 psi! Rusty’s was the first to design and manufacture an end without snap rings; we use only threaded adjustable retainers that are CNC machined for a perfect fit. The adjustable spanner nut allows you to dial in the perfect amount of reload. To adjust the per-load, simply tighten the spanner nut to the desired pressure, line up the groove in the reload nut with the set screw, and then tighten the set screw. Since all moving parts wear, Rusty's offers rebuild kits for all moving parts of the joint.

AMERICAN MADE QUALITY

The Rusty's Control Arms are started with the very best in American made DOM (drawn over mandrel) tubing. Rusty's Lower Control Arms all start from massive 2 inch diameter and .188 or .250 thick wall tubing, the Rusty's Upper Control Arms start off from 1.5 - 1.75 to 2 inch diameter and .188, .250 to .375 thick wall tubing. The tubing is placed in the CNC laser and cut to precision length and cooping it to precision fit to the loops. They are then placed in the tubing bender if needed and they are perfectly bent to be Rusty's High Clearance Arms or either Clearance arms. The High Clearance Arms do just this, they offer the highest in clearance so while off roading you have less to drag and hang up on. The Clearance Arms are built to clear the tires with wheels keeping the tires closer to the center of the vehicle. Once formed they go to welding and they are either welded on a Robot welder or one of our talented welders. Once welded they go to cleaned and prepared for powder coating in a durable glossy black.
