Fits only 1984-1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Models

Always trying to keep up with the needs of Cherokee owners, Rusty's now offers a fabricated steel tail light that replaces the factory plastic tail light. After selling many plastic replacement tail lights to customers and replacing them on our own vehicles after bumping into trees and rocks, Rusty ran across a friend and customer at a trail ride in Virginia that had built a set of metal boxes that held his taillights. Rusty ran with the idea, and upon returning to the shop, we used our CAD capabilities to design a precision-fit steel tail light housing. Our housings will accept 4" rubber flush- mounted tail lights often seen on trailers. 

Please check with state regulations to determine which light combination can be used. Note that we do not sell the lights or a wiring harness. The lights can be obtained at most auto parts or trailer supply stores with both incandescent or stylish LED bulbs. Wiring the lights requires only basic electrical knowledge.
