Rusty's HD Steering System for the JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator works great as a stand-alone replacement upgrade and creates a steering system that is nearly indestructible! Rusty's JL/JT Steering System starts with a massive 1.75" x 5/16 wall DOM tubing for both the tie rod and the drag link. Equally massive 1.25 threaded zinc plated forged adjustable ends thread into the heavy-wall tubing with jam nuts and HD steering stabilizer bracket.
The factory steering linkage is complicated and features compound angles that don't respond well to lifts over any heights and the system has also proven to have a few weak points.
